Chef Daniel Holloway of Urban Acorn will be joining us all day on Sunday September 15 as part of our Sunday Guest Chef Series! We will be cooking a collaborative French Country inspired menu, available à la carte or as a tasting menu. There will also be a vegan parallel menu for vegan/vegetarian guests.
Join us under the Bedouin Tent for a four-course lunch prepared over the wood-fired grill and perfectly paired to Chardonnay. Welcome international visiting winemakers & compare their wines with Westcott’s with each course. Past visiting wineries for this particular event have included: Miquel Torres Jr (Spain), Hamilton Russell (South Africa), Berger (Burgundy, France), Drappier (Champagne, France), Lightfoot & Wolfville (Nova Scotia, Canada) and more.
SIAL Canada is an international trade fair for food, which takes place yearly alternating between Montreal and Toronto and is open to trade visitors only. We will be at SIAL serving up poke bowls made with Ontario’s own Planet Shrimp.
