Join us for a four-course dinner made by Westcott's new in-house chef duo, Ricky + Olivia, paired with an exciting lineup of pinot noirs curated by Westcott's matriarch, Carolyn Hurst.

Wild Mushroom Souvlaki

Local Ontario mushrooms, St. David's eggplant, whipped goat yogurt tzatziki, sumac spiced pita chips

Sea+Sky ft. King Cole Ducks and Planet Shrimp

Seared Ontario duck breast, Ontario farmed shrimp, duck fat+cocoa molé sauce, Ontario wild rice risotto

Ice Cream "Sandwich"

Sweet cream semifreddo, dark chocolate cookie crumb, preserved Niagara cherries


Dinner is $100+HST all-in (food and wine pairings) or $50+HST for dinner without pairings.
