Chef Daniel Holloway of Urban Acorn will be joining us all day on Sunday September 15 as part of our Sunday Guest Chef Series! Chef Daniel’s signature style can be best described as refined comfort food, a blend of rustic Canadian cuisine with fine French techniques.

Asperges Vichyssoise avec La Morue | 10

Cold asparagus and sunchoke soup served with Fogo Island cod cake, arugula oil, micro greens and Ontario-grown saffron aioli

Ratatouille | 14

Grilled half eggplant, garden heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, crispy chickpeas

Brioche au Canard | 18

Smoked duck confit sandwich, melted gouda sauce, pickled shallots, shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, crispy potatoes served with assorted pickles

Blanquette de Dinde | 21

Lemon-brined turkey breast, seasonal vegetables, oyster mushrooms, roasted leeks, carrots and pearl onions smothered in fine herb-buttermilk sauce and served with puff pastry and fresh parsley

Panna Cotta | 10

Garden lemon balm+basil, wildflower honey, nasturtium, cucumber

Châtaigne et Chocolat | 10

Ontario chestnut and chocolate terrine served with burnt hay whipped anglaise, pear and sparkling wine gelée and local summer berries
