Direct press of Frontenac Noir and Frontenac Gris, with whole-cluster maceration of Frontenac Noir fruit in trempette style for 1.5 months in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees in stainless steel for over a year before bottling.

Mulled wine energy in the best way, ripe, juicy raspberry, warm spices, smushed blackberry weight, a thickness in texture, a wink of orange rind & balanced acidity.
