Made by Paradise Grapevine in City of Toronto. A Blend of 72% Riesling - Grimsby Hillside Vineyard (Lincoln Lakeshore), 18% Riesling - Jenkins Family Vineyard (Four Mile Creek), 10% Chardonnay - Willms Vineyard (Four Mile Creek).

The fruit spent an average of 14 days on skins—a gentle maceration more like steeping tea than the heavy extraction typical of many orange wines. Cool-temperature maceration softly infuses floral aromatics, underripe tropical fruit, and preserved citrus into the profile.

Bright acidity provides the ideal framework for its light tannins, while freshness comes from aging in both neutral French oak and stainless steel. Naturally fermented, un-fined, and unfiltered, it is a vibrant match for seasonal, ingredient-led dishes.
