A 100% Vidal grape variety made in a PET-NAT (meaning naturally sparkling) style by Traynor Family Vineyard in Prince Edward County.

A PET-NAT wine is bottled before the first fermentation is completely finished. When bottled like that the yeast still keeps working inside the bottle and releases CO2 that ultimately gets trapped inside the bottle to make it effervescent. Also known as Methode Ancestrale.

Green apple and Nectarine on the nose with tart pear and sour keys on the palate. A dry, easy drinking and definitely a Patio Season wine.
