Melon yellow to brilliant yellow with green reflections. Ripe Asian pear, pineapple core, flinty minerality, and fresh cut white flowers or green herbs. Replays the nose with added salted lime, melon, green melon, and cucumber.

Dry, zesty, and fresh with crisp acidity, balanced alcohol, and a long, saline, mineral-driven finish. Recommended with cold seafood towers (shrimp, raw oysters, scallops), scallop ceviche, or spring asparagus with hollandaise.
